The Washington Post, May 12, 2005

On April 19 2005, The Washington Post in a business article wrongly identified Khalid Bin Mahfouz as a former chief operating officer of the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI). He was not. On April 30 2005, The Washington Post published a correction, pointing out their error and accurately stating that Khalid Bin Mahfouz was an investor in BCCI and a member of its board of directors.
