The article "Bush's Independent Commission: Exonerating the Spooks" has been removed because it contained a reference which falsely asserted that Khaled Bin Mahfouz was the brother-in-law of Osama Bin Laden and that he was a part owner in Delta Oil.

These erroneous references were first reported in "Mail on Sunday", which recently lost a libel case against Mr. Bin Mahfouz on this issue.

Progressive Trail strives for accuracy in its opinion pieces, and regrets any harm this may have caused Mr. Bin Mahfouz. Additionally, we would like to congratulate Bin Mahfouz on his decision to donate damages obtained from "The Mail on Sunday" to UNICEF.
