Vigilant Insurance v. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
stated that Abdulrahman bin Mahfouz's "motion to dismiss the Burnett complaint as against him for lack of personal jurisdiction is accordingly granted."
On 12 September 2003, attorneys for Khalid bin Mahfouz filed a motion to dismiss the Burnett complaint or in the alternative for more definite statement. This motion has yet to be heard.
